Karine is a strategic consultant with over 25 years’ experience spanning corporate communications, brand strategy, business development, and team leadership across both in-house and agency settings. Her career has included senior roles in global pharmaceutical companies and healthcare communication agencies, where she developed deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, organisational change, and business growth

Alongside her consulting work, Karine is committed to volunteering and social impact. She has supported charities such as Link Up London, advising on communications strategy and event planning, and is also a volunteer coach with Smart Works, helping women build confidence at key career transitions.

She is particularly passionate about inclusive leadership, mental health, and supporting people at pivotal points in their lives and careers. As a trustee of the Grae Matta Foundation, she brings a blend of commercial experience, insight into complex organisations, and a strong belief in the power of clear communication to inspire change.
