Amanda Pitt

Amanda is a trusted executive search advisor working with senior leaders across the global media, marketing, and communications industry. Known for her empathy, integrity, and deep understanding of people, she helps organisations attract and retain transformational talent while supporting individuals to thrive in their careers.

With extensive experience leading senior searches across the UK, EMEA, the US, and MENA, Amanda partners with global brands, agencies, and high-growth businesses to identify leaders who can drive meaningful change. Her approach is discreet, human, and built on long-term relationships grounded in trust and respect.

Alongside her professional work, Amanda is deeply committed to improving mental health, inclusion, and well-being in the workplace. She is a Trustee of The Grae Matta Foundation, contributing her experience to advance the Foundation’s mission to improve mental health in education and work environments.

Previously, Amanda served as a Trustee for NABS, the advertising industry’s well-being charity, where she received the Ron Miller Award for outstanding service. She also mentors through The Kids Network, The Girls’ Network, Lollipop, and Thrive Through Mentoring, helping people build confidence, resilience, and belief in their own potential. In addition, she volunteers with Founders4Schools and Inspiring the Future, an Education and Employers charity that connects students with professionals to broaden their understanding of careers and raise aspirations.

Amanda is currently studying for a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to deepen her understanding of human behaviour and leadership, bringing an added lens of empathy and psychological insight to her work.
